Shipping policy

United Kingdom

We deliver orders within the United Kingdom using third-party courier services. Orders are normally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful payment authorisation. Delivery times are estimates only and typically range from one (1) to five (5) business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the designated address.

European Union

We ship to selected countries within the European Union. Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, with estimated delivery times ranging from three (3) to ten (10) business days, subject to destination and carrier. Prices displayed exclude any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or administrative charges, which may be levied by local authorities. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

Middle East

We offer shipping to selected countries within the Middle East. Orders are generally dispatched within one (1) to three (3) business days. Estimated delivery times range from five (5) to fifteen (15) business days, subject to destination, courier, and customs processes. Customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and regulatory requirements applicable in the destination country. We accept no liability for delays, rejections, or seizures arising from customs or regulatory authorities.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to eligible destinations worldwide. Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days; delivery times are indicative only and may range from seven (7) to twenty-five (25) business days. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. We shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by customs authorities, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Title and risk in the goods transfer to the customer upon delivery. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.
