Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through this store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, dissatisfaction, or any other reason, except where required by UK law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing items on a non-returnable basis, subject only to your statutory consumer rights.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under UK law, consumers are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including but not limited to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
  • Digital content supplied immediately after purchase where the consumer has consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel

Where an exemption applies, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery via email at ayagarwood@gmail.com, including clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be refused. Any remedy offered will be strictly in accordance with UK consumer law.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Delivery delays alone do not constitute grounds for a refund or return.
